About this committee

FWC is one of ten committees at SEAMUN I, a student-led, non-profit Model UN conference focused on global healthcare and sustainability. 100% of surplus is donated to the Thai Red Cross Society.

What is FWC?

Topics

Two curated topics for SEAMUN I FWC.

🔮 The Question of Preventing Harm Caused by Psychic/Psychokinetic Child Experimentation and Ensuring the Protection and Rehabilitation of Gifted Minors

Advanced

Delegates examine how institutions that study or weaponize psychic gifts must protect minors—balancing security claims, rehabilitation, and accountability for past harm. Research position papers and follow special crisis procedure once the chair report and ROP are published.

🧠 The Question of Addressing the Weaponization of the Human Mind and Establishing International Protocols for the Containment and Non-Proliferation of Psychic Technologies

Advanced

Debate how psychic technologies and mind-based weapons should be contained, regulated, and kept from proliferation—and what crisis protocols apply when those capabilities escape institutional control.
